Gilgit Baltistan combined competitive exams were held in MARCH/APRIL 2022. It took almost a year to conduct exams and then finally after another lapse of several months GBCCE 2021 result is announced on 06 December 2022. This year 237 candidates qualified the written examination. and the remaining 3987 failed in different subjects. English composition and comprehension was one of the toughest papers of this exam but many candidates passed English.Urdu was the most targeted subject in which most of the candidates failed.
This exam comprised 06 subjects 150 marks each. There was a total of 900 marks for the written test and the interview has 300 marks. It is mostly observed that FPSC examiners target one subject in which very strict marking is carried out. In GB CCE 2017 most candidates failed in islamiate and in GBCCED 2021 Urdu was targeted subject. The reason behind targeting one subject is that it is very hectic and difficult for FPSC to manage interviews of more candidates. They try to filter candidates so that interviews can be smooth and fair.
